Cayman Fitness™ is a small privately owned family company created in 2011. They started Cayman Fitness™ because they believed that fitness should be accessible to everyone, everywhere. They also felt like there was a lack of reliable health and fitness information on the Internet, and too many people in the fitness industry were more focused on appearance than they were on good health. That’s why we strive to provide premium home-based fitness equipment with full exercise video tutorials and quality health information. It’s our goal to make sure everyone has access to what they need to keep their bodies strong and healthy.
They started Cayman Fitness™ as a side project to fulfill a personal need. After having their first child and working full-time, having the time to go to the gym was getting harder. One alternative was a home gym, another was a little less of an investment… Resistance Bands and Jumps Ropes.
There are plenty of fitness brands out there. “So why didn’t they just go down to the local sporting good store and buy a set of resistance bands and a jump rope?” New businesses are started each and every day, with one goal in mind. They believe they can make a difference! We believe we can make a difference too.

Everyone always asks… “Where did the name Cayman Fitness come from?” To answer that, what you should know about our owners, is that they are serial travelers. Having travelled to almost every continent on planet, one of their most favorite places in the world is the Cayman Islands, Seven Mile Beach. Being travelers they know the importance of having a mobile gym, something easy to throw in the carry-on, which is why their very first product was a 5 Piece Set of High Quality Resistance Bands. These bands have more stamps in the passport than I do!
