The reason we ask you for your email, is that the membership portal is that it is a closed website, which means it is not open to the public. You require a username and password to access the portal. An email serves as the username as well as the delivery method for a forgotten or misplaced password. It also helps us verify your purchase for access to the portal.

Here is what you can expect: Once you submit your email, you will have instant access to the video portal. You will also receive an email with your password and login details. We do periodic newsletters to keep you up to date. In addition, we may send you very occasional invitations to participate in research questionnaires and or to invite you to become a product tester. (Please note the word occasional)
